As your Photographer, my goal is to forever caputure this moment in your life! Whether you have a newborn baby or your baby is graduating from high school, I want to help you preserve this memory forever. These are the moments you want to remember, and through my photography, I will ensure that you do!
All my shoots are done outdoors on-location, with the exception of Newborn shoots, which are done in the comfort of the family's home. I do a combination of lifestyle and posed portraits, combining these styles to bring out your family's true smiles and personalities.
As a Photographer, it is important to me that my clients not only have beautiful images to treasure, but that these beautiful images are enjoyed through artwork and photo products. As such, I use one of the top professional photography print labs to offer prints and photos products to my clients including modern metals, canvas, framed prints, photo books, and more. I don't want your images sitting on a disc in a drawer or in files on your computer, rarely seen. I want them displayed and celebrated! I want you to smile everytime you see that beauiful image hanging on your wall.

I love the whole process of working with my clients through their shoots, editing their photos to let their images shine, and then sharing the final product. My absolute favorite part is hearing the reactions from my clients when they see their images. I get giddy excited when I create a particularly stunning image, and when my clients get to see that image for themself, the pure joy they get means the world to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to give all my clients my Style & Prep Guide before their session to help them get the most out of their session. This Guide helps you choose your outfits, explains how to best coordinate colors for your Session, and offers a variety of tips to help you prepare for your Session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience working as a Nanny for almost 14 years helps me tremendously as a Photographer when working with children, especially Newborns. My life-long love of Photography, especially of portraits, has given me the gift of being able to capture a person's true self, the "real" smiles. Those are my favorite moments to capture!

How did you get started in this business?
I was having a random conversation with my sister one day about my baby girl & the thousands of photos I was taking of her, and I jokingly said that I wished I could just take photos for the rest of my life instead of work. My sister pointed out that if I took photos of other people as well, I might be able to do just that! I'd always loved taking people's portraits, doing so for all the families I nannied for, but it never occurred to me until that moment that it could become my profession. The decision was made instantly, the moment my sister suggested it: I would spend my life creating beautiful portraits for people to enjoy forever :). It was the best decision I could have made professionally, and I've enjoyed the journey every since!
