What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick 10 minute discovery call to discuss your catering needs, often times working witht the client to learn the quantity of catering events, food needs, and typically creating order templates to make working together seamless for future orders!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cooking staff is ServSafe certified, and our Executive Chef has 20+ years of catering experience. We work with businesses in the greater Milwaukee area to cater anything from small breakfast meetings to corporate luncheons, to large scale weddings!

We typically price per person or per meal, depending on how the client prefers, and what they are ordering.
How did you get started in this business?
Our Executive Chef started in the restaurant industry 21 years ago, working his way up through every aspect in the restaurant industry, to ownership. Our owner/president has catered weddings and all event sizes in between for nearly a decade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Small to large corporations, office buildings, private clients, weddings, picnics, holiday parties, celebratory events, showers, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We absolutely love working with private clients to help them throw events in their homes. We also love doing large scale corporate events as well!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk with them! Make sure they are willing to cater to your needs (no pun intended) and will go the extra mile for you- you're the client after all!
