I started my catering & food truck business in 2013 and I can say that it has been an amazing journey. We have a large selection of food choices for our customers to choose from....making sure to their never bored with our menu. We're never afraid to come up with different types of food and that selection changes weekly. This is truly my passion and within the next couple of years my goal is to be settled into a brick and mortar while still having the ability to run my food truck. I really enjoy seeing the smiles that our food puts on our customers faces. Also, working with new and returning customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had over 30 years of experience with cooking. I learned from who I would refer to is 2 of the best cooks (my mother & gramdmother). I've had over 7 years of running one of the most popular food trucks here in MIlwaukee. Also, having experienced my catering services for well over 10 years and have attended classes in Culinary Arts.
