We are two chefs who started a catering company in pursuit of the American Dream of being able to run a lovely catering business and make our dreams and our client’s come true! We have been cooking for some of the best chefs in Dallas for 10+ years and specialize in steak, seafood, passed apps and pastry.

I am just what my name says: Simple Mom! I love working on wedding cakes and have an enjoyment in pushing my skill level to the best of my abilities. I have been baking for a great number of years (10) but only in a business environment since 2020. I do not take on any job I feel I can't do, however I do have a wonderful network of connections I'm happy to refer! In this journey I have met and made some awesome friends and do hope that you will become one also.
