We have been cooking for some of the best chefs in Dallas for 10+ years and specialize in steak, seafood, passed apps and pastry.

I've been serving and creating meals since I was 12. I know my way around a kitchen pretty well. I love bringing visions to " life". I've been a certified bridal consultant for over 10 years, I'm certified in Event and Hospitality Management. I own an all female bartending company and I also rent out and set up decor for events. Sweetheart tables are starting to be my favorite setup.

Manny’s Uptown restaurant was founded by Manuel “Manny” Rios in 2005. Manny is a retired army veteran. He started his interest in the restaurant business with his sister as a server. After learning the restaurant business, Manny decided it was time to follow his dream of opening his own Tex Mex Restaurant, with traditional family recipes. Manny was inspired by his chef father Charlie Rios. Here we try to give our customers the best quality in TEX MEX food, and strive for the best in customer service. ``I am proud to serve you family recipes from the past generations! ``

I have been working in culinary for 12 years. Attended LeCordon Bleu in 2012 from there I have experienced many levels of cooking. I’ve experienced with many different cuisines also from Italian, Asian, American, Modern Texas cuisine. I truly have a passion for cooking. My passion comes from my family and as if I am cooking for my family. I have a love for scratch cooking, flavor building, and making sauces.
