About

We're a local caterer but we can travel to any venue or destination that you choose and we can cook any dish or cuisine as well. If you can think it, see or imagine it we can cook it!

I enjoy the look on all my clients faces when I can facilitate and make their vision go far beyond their own expectations. This is what gives me joy and fulfillment. I'm a married man and I love seeing my smile every chance I can get. So that's my goal for all couples and clients.

My grandma loved the surprise birthday party we threw her. Chef Patrick was awesome, he came and brought the most amazing food, his staff was super nice to everyone and he even danced with my grandma and she thoroughly.

Working with Chef Patrick was so simple and easy. I see why he has a good reputation. He was very patient with me during the menu planning, food selection and even helping me organizing the layout of the venue as well. I couldnt have asked for more in a caterer.

Omg, the food was just amazing! I cant even describe how robust the flavors of the foods were out of this world. All my guests at the reception kept complimenting me on the food selection and the presentation. His staff took extremely good care of my husband and I; they were so attentive. Thank you Chef Patrick for making my wedding a great memory.

Well we start off with a phone call or email and then we setup the first initial meeting to make your concept and vision come true. After we get a questionnaire from you with all your preferences, likes, dislikes, needs and wants. Then we design your menu, schedule a tasting, tweak the menu , set date and we'll be there!

Well I'm a certified chef, a family man and most importantly a father. I know what it means to have to take the responsibility to ensure things are done properly and correctly as well. Furthermore I'm classically French trained chef, I have a ServSafe certification as well. And lastly I teach as well so I'm very passionate and patient with everyone not just my clients

    1. Geographic Location: The location where you reside or where the private chef will be cooking can influence the cost. Areas with a higher cost of living or where private chef services are in high demand may have higher rates. Menu Complexity and Ingredients: The complexity of the menu and the ingredients required can affect the overall cost. More elaborate and intricate dishes may require additional preparation time and expensive ingredients, which can contribute to higher pricing. 2. Duration of Service: The length of time the private chef will be needed can influence the cost. Some chefs charge an hourly rate, while others may have a minimum booking requirement or charge a flat fee for a specific duration. Hourly Rate: Many private chefs charge an hourly rate. It would've been wedding reception we did for one of my middle school classmates. She was actually my girlfriend in the 8th grade, and we still were really close friends through high school and college. I was shocked when she told me she was getting married but when my wife met her fiancé, I knew she had a found her soulmate. The wedding was in October and the weather was perfect, the reception was in great location, and I had my wife and children there to help me. It was truly a family affair. The food was great, the venue was perfect and most important the bride was happy and satisfied with the service.
