What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach and process with new clients is having a very thorough consultation whether its looking at pictures or trying my best to give a visual of what they are wanting before doing anything, to ensure it is definitely what they want and to make sure they are 110% happy leaving my chair.

I am a Licensed Cosmetologist

I have worked with men, women, children, autistic, handicapped..... everyone and anyone is welcome and embraced.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love getting continued education in my field and am fond of attending as many Beauty Shows as possible.... I attend the Glendale and Long Beach Beauty Shows almost every year.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find the one YOU connect with and ensure that you feel that they listen to YOU and what YOU want. Time, communication and understanding is EVERYTHING 🤩
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Look at pictures and see what you like and save your favorite photos to present it to them to get their opinion so then you both can choose together according to consultation 😊
