What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer that hires Latinobazaar Enterprises will experience the following process:
1. Once hired, we will setup an initial planning meeting somewhere near where the customer is.
2. During this meeting I will ask many questions about their event in order to complete my DJ/MC Karaoke service requirements checklist.
3. We will start on the music entertainment planner for their event.
4. We will complete the DJ/MC/Karaoke service contract and the customer will pay or make arrangement to pay a small deposit.
5. Over the course of the next period of time (this depends on how much time it is before their event) we will work with the customer to continue to develop the music entertainment planner. This planner should be complete one week before the event.
6. I will arrive at the venue 2 to 6 hours before the scheduled start time of the event to setup. The arrival time is based on the level of service the customer desires.
7. Music starts no later than 30 minutes prior to schedule start time of the event.
