Hello, my name is Christine Dannhardt I worked in restaurant business for over 35 years starting as a busgirl and work my way all the way up and done every aspect from dishwashing waitress, hostess cook manager. The only thing I didn’t do was on my own restaurant what was my ultimate dream to quaint little B&B in Cape May, New Jersey. I’ve done many catering by myself anywhere from anniversary party‘s birthday parties, and re-passes I love food I love to make it look nice to the eye and also to the pallet I am very accommodating and I have a positive attitude I put my heart and soul in to what I prepare and what I serve I always stay till the job is done and to make sure the customer or the client is happy
