My name is Chef Haley and I have been Catering for the past 15 years and founded my Catering business in 2008. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and specializes in California Cuisine and Island Cuisine. I make ever event a Memorable one, making sure that I deliver exactly what my clients want.
I was raised in a large Polynesian family. My childhood was full of love and laughter around the kitchen. My Mother was born in the Polynesian Islands so she was Fascinated by new cultures and new food when she came to the states. I watched as she experimented with recipes and made them her own. Growing up in Southern California, I was exposed to many cultures and my palette had the privilege to taste some of the most amazing flavors. The most important thing to me is making sure that my clients are satisfied with my food and service. My passion has always been about cooking, smiles and happiness! In 2004 I had deceived to move my family to the San Francisco area. In 2006 I decided to pursue my dream in becoming a Chef. In 2008 I graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts. If I can make the room smile because their tummies are happy. That's when I know I have done my job!

Depending on what menu would be put in place. There is a set Menu or a custom menu that we can prepare for our clients.

I always loved cooking. My Mother was a professional baker and was Caterer as well.
