In order to provide an accurate service quote we will need to go over all of the details for your celebration. Standard pricing is based on location and level of detail required.
How did you get started in this business?
After lots of encouragement hosting parties for friends and family I soon realized my dream and opened VinDk8 Entertainment in January of 2014. Providing Karaoke and Trivia on a weekly basis to local venues helped me refine my skills as an MC and DJ. This led me to my passion as an entertainer and planner of weddings, and other private events.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In addition to the many couples I've collaborated with during the planning of their weddings. I've worked with a variety of industry professionals such as venue managers, caterers, photographers, videographers, wedding planners, musicians, decorators, photo booth operators, and many more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One that comes to mind to place at a private estate in Grass Valley. The reception was outdoors and I noticed dark clouds rolling in. While family and friends were enjoying cocktail hour I was able to move swiftly and shift my equipment out of harms way just moments before rain showers started to occur. The reason why I look back at this moment fondly is because there are many industry professionals that would have shut down or quit because their contract covers them against unexpected weather events instead of exploring every last option before giving up.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advice I can give is to think of everything you could possibly want for your celebration and to choose a professional that will make every effort in helping you reach that goal.
