What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A through consult, to determine the clients desires and needs is first done to establish the reason for the visit. After the consult an appointment can be set for the requested services to be done. Once services are done, a maintainance scheduale is created to keep the customer happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner of the shop and I have over 30 years experience behind the chair, I Have held a license since 1995 as well as being a beauty a beauty industry instructor, and school owner.
