What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to learn about any vision you have so far, explain where our services start and stop and let you know all that we have available to you our customer. Menus can be emailed to you, we can put a detailed quote together for you when you are ready. We offer free tastings once a month for qualified customers at our catering facility in Moorpark CA.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a "Certified Kansas City Barbecue Society Judge", Steve has been involved with BBQ Competitions since 2005. It's a tender job, but someone has to do it!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We typically price our catering on a per person basis. However, we do sell meats by the pound and sides and salads by the pan and 1/2 pan for those who want to order in bulk ala carte. Out Complete meals are per person and include everything for enjoying a feast of wod smoked barbecue with all the trimmings!
