If they know what they need, we provide a quote for the requested services. If the client is unsure of their event needs, we provide a complimentary venue walkthrough and/or consultation to help determine what equipment and services are needed to create the event vision.

The business was started with DJ, sound, visual, and lighting services, and has expanded to other realms of event production since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide variety of customers and budgets within the corporate realm, such as presentations, tradeshows and networking events. In addition, we customize private events like weddings, birthday parties, and Bat and Bar Mitzvahs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently rented out the AOC for a Winemakers event, transforming the entire restaurant. Everything customized at the event for Pop Sugar; hand written caligraphy signs and displays, customized neon signs, floral arrangements, and decor, to catering, entertainment, and of course our specialty, the perfect lighting, visuals, and sound to compliment the event and make everything run smoothly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask if the pro has done this type of event before. Be able to communicate what your event vision is, your needs, as well as the goal that you are trying to accomplish with this event. Provide a timeline, examples or inspirations if possible to prevent any miscommunication of the event vision. Save time by having a clear idea of budget constraints so the pro can make sure to stay within the confines, and not go overbudget.
