Ambrosia Event Services

We hired Ambrosia for their catering services and we rented 250 of their acrylic chairs, 25 of their round tables, and linens for our reception.

Im writing this review to inform you that Ambrosia did a great job in everything. Their food was wonderful, the services was excellent and their rentals were delivered on time. I love Ambrosia and will be using them again in the future.

Everything on that list went so smoothly! I didnt have a single stressful moment my wedding day and it was all because of Allen and his amazing team.

Tent was set up the day before and Allen was there to make sure of it and even sent me a sneak peak to get me all excited.

Natalie, the hair and make up artist, was on time and followed exactly what I wanted. My hair and make up lasted ALL NIGHT! The fact that she is the friendliest sweetest person is just the cherry on top.

Flowers: had to be delivered to 3 different locations by a certain time, and of course, they delivered amazing flowers. We did mock a few months before and changed a few things, and the talented Amanda followed that exactly!

One of the most memorable experiences was having the time alone with my husband in the Tbird! So much fun driving with the top down! It was delivered at the chapel as requested and picked up at the venue and arranged, all by Allen!

Photo booth was maned at all times and set up was quick! So many fun pictures we got from our guest! It was a wonderful idea!

The DJ answered all my questions before the wedding and had great recommendations for songs we handt picked. Also his jokes and lightness kept the wedding fun!

Andrew the videographer was on time and always shooting. Cant wait to see it all!

They really make my wedding day amazing. It would not have been the same without them. Also, you can imagine how great it is to have a single detailed, and caring vendor for almost everything!

My husband and I worked with Allen and the Ambrosia team for lighting our wedding venue and video. My husband and I were married at the beautiful Japanese Garden in CSULB (go Beach)! Allen met with us and was very helpful in determining which services they offer would work best for our budget and venue. Ambrosia has a lot of experience working at the Japanese Garden and lit up our entire venue so beautifully. With their lighting our venue looked like something out of a fairytale...it was truly magical. We received so many compliments too!

Also, our videographer Andrew worked great with our photographer (hired before we found out Ambrosia offers photo services as well). During the video edit phase they ask what songs we would like and how the flow of the video we envisioned looked like. We explained our input but ran into a few miss edits for unknown reasons. When we explained this to the Ambrosia team, they were kind and patient enough to work with us to create an amazing wedding video from start to finish! They did not stop working till we were satisfied and that meant the world to us! We recommend Ambrosia for their variety of services, dedication, affordability, and kindness. I look forward to reliving our special day for years to come thanks to team Ambrosia.

The whole Ambrosia team did a wonderful job for our wedding. Our wedding was in July, and we had a 5 plan package: photography, videography, day-of coordinator, limo transportation, and photo booth. Allen was so accommodating with everything especially in choosing the bundle that was right for us. He helped us through everything and was always there with prompt communication. Allen was also our photo booth coordinator and did a great job and we obtained wonderful pictures of the guests! We had two photographers, Michael and Walter. Both did a good job, they interacted with us and the other guests easily. We received so many great pictures and it was great to have the pictures that we will be able to remember for years to come. We had Brian for our videography, and he got so much great footage of the entire day. From our Ambrosia experience, we loved our day-of coordinator, Amanda. She was so prepared, and whenever we needed something on the day of the wedding, she was there and ready to solve any small problem. There is not a thing that we would change with working with Ambrosia, and we highly recommend them

My husband and I hired Ambrosia for our wedding on February 8, 2020, at the Casa Bonita in Fullerton. We hired their team of photographers, their Photobooth, and Video Services. We are writing this review to encourage anyone who needs services to visit Ambrosia. Their staff of professionals is wonderful to work with and they provide excellent service. The photography was incredible with a wide array of unique creative photographs, and many timeless candid memories. The photo booth was managed by two of their wonderful staff personnel who assisted our guests. They provided a large variety of fun props for our guests to enjoy. The best part of our services was the video. The editing and how Damon captured our wedding was a work of art. We absolutely LOVE Ambrosia and encourage anyone who wants a flawless wedding experience to hire them. What Ill remember most about our wedding is how seamless from the day we hired Ambrosia our day was once we hired them.

Booked for: Day of Wedding Coordinator Dj Hair & makeup Photographer We came across Ambrosia because we were in need of a Day of Wedding Coordinator. If we didnt have one, our venue was going to charge us more. Were we happy to find out that Ambrosia was pretty much a one stop shop for all our wedding needs. And an excellent one at that. Turns out Ambrosia would be the source for our photographer, hair and make up, day of coordinator, and our DJ. We had shopped around many bridal shows and needed to find a photographer who could capture light and dark skin tones together. When we met with Allen and Jina to figure out our needs, they were patient, fun, and attentive. They made sure we understood what Ambrosia could offer and there was no pressure to book, because Ambrosia Event Services sells itself. We were sold when Allen said they typically have couples do a practice photoshoot before your engagement shoot. There they will teach how to stand and pose so that your wedding photos will look more comfortable. Wow! Such attention to detail! Walter, our photographer, was Amazing! He was professional, funny, took beautiful shots, and captured exactly what we asked. He also threw in some surprise shots as well. For the wedding, we worked with Walter and Andrew and having two photographers allowed us to capture almost every moment possible. Khaye did my wifes hair and makeup. She did a practice run as promised a few days before the wedding and was really kind and attentive. My wife looked very natural and gorgeous. We had a death in our family weeks before our wedding and the venue kept changing our walkthrough day. Ambrosia was completely understanding and did everything they could to make all appointments with our venue. Due to the death in our family, we werent able to meet extensively with DJ Jose, but we spoke on the phone often, and he was able to get all of our requested music and kept the party fun and light. Lastly, Amanda and Ashley stepped in as our Day of Coordinators and it seemed like they had been with us throughout the whole two years of planning. They were absolutely AMAZING! The entire day went off without an issue. They were able to connect with our videographers, decorating staff, and chefs to ensure that we had the most beautiful and fun day. Words cannot express how thankful we are to have found Ambrosia. Even if youre like me and have everything together, you will be pleasantly surprised to find that Ambrosia can add something to your special day that you never knew you needed. Brianna Nix -12.15.19
