My name is Grettel Montiel and my husband is Josh Montiel. We are a Veterans business owners of this awesome Company. We start this company in 2018. I'm stay home mom and I always want something flexible but I passionate about it and Photo Booth it is my right fit. I love to talk and meet different persons. I love to see they having so much fun and I'm part of that.
Capturing Smiles LA is a company who warranty, quality, fun and not hiring fees. We also take everything very serious like if is our own event.

We offer Standard package ( basic) for small party but also we offer others packages for Wedding, Quinceañera, Sweet sixteen, Corporate events , big birthdays and more .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know more details about the event.
Like:
When is the event?
Where is the location?
How many people will have?
Do you have a theme or colors ?
How many hour do you want the service ?
Would you like prints or Digital copies or both?
Would you like open or Enclosed booth ?
Are you interested in Memory book?
After the client tells me some details I will gives you my recommendations or the quote can fit they budget.
To seal the deal I will ask for $50 or $100 deposit to save the date and time. After this I will send a email with the receipt of the deposit and remaining balance, also the contract.
One week before the event I willl start with the strip design and send to my clients no less then 2 samples to choose one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years experience in a Photo booth field.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please make sure they are pay for what they get. Sometimes they hire the cheapest one but the get crappy service.
