What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask what ut is they are inquiring about. I then record my reading answering any questions given by the client. Once the reading is done I then contact my client and send them a link to their personalized reading on a platform they have access to. My readings are always posted anonymously with only an emoji chosen by the client to identify.
