About
Professional DJ with 30+ years of DJ experience and experience playing in the clubs, bars and lounges of San Francisco -- an international music city rich in DJ culture.
I love music. It is so much fun to be able to brighten someone's day and liven up and event with good sound, fun tunes and smooth mixing. I enjoy working with clients to customize playlists to ensure that the music at the party is one of the highlights and success stories. I have 30+ years DJing weddings, private parties and I still play in the clubs, bar and lounges of San Francisco (I currently play at BARbarella, Monarch, WISH and Virgin Hotel SF). Music is the pulse of life. It can help make or break an event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll talk on the phone or via email. Then, we will agree on a price and level of services. Next, I will usually email the client a contract. I require a signed contract and 50% deposit/retainer to bind the contract. Then I send you my master song list and we review music direction and specific song requests. I am happy to have you send me Spotify or Apple Music playlists or song lists. We stay in touch up until the party date so that all details are covered.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone with experience and who is easy to work with. Work with the professional who tries to understand your needs and offers the best price for the service he or she is offering. With DJs, you often get what you pay for. Experience goes a long ways...check the reviews!
