What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Customer Fills out "Check Availability Sheet" located on our main website. 2) We contact customer about pricing and options via email or phone call 3) We send out digital contract for customer to fill and sign via smart phone or computer 4) Collect Deposit through PayPal 5) Once we receive full contract payment (via PayPal), you will be all set for your event!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have five years of photo booth experience, and one year as part ownership of a photo booth company. I have a total of seven years of customer service experience. I've been an artist all of my life with about 9 years of digital art, and graphic design. As for education, I've graduated High School a year in advance, as well as 2 years in Western Mass Holyoke Community College studying Entrepreneurship.

Our standard pricing starts at $160.00 an hour to $180.00 an hour.
Our Sweet 16/Quinceanera pricing starts at $180.00

How did you get started in this business?
I started this type of work about five years ago helping an acquaintance with events. The company boiled over, then after a while I started my own, with my own ideas and design. Understanding the workings of the business and being able to do most of the work myself, I am able to keep prices low, at very competitive rate.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly Weddings, Sweet 16s, and Quinceanera. I've personally done over 250 of these type of events myself. Rest assured that when you hire Kaboom Booth, you are in great hands!

Building my photo booth by hand. And it took about 2 weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice would I give a customer before hiring another photo booth company for their event is to make sure the "Unlimited Prints" are truly unlimited and not just for the first hour or two. Also to make sure they're using professional equipment and not just a webcam and an iPad, with 5 props. A lot of other companies cut corners with cheap printers and low grade cameras. Also some tend to use a camera on a tripod, with laptop, and a printer. That's is not a booth, that's a camera on a tripod, with laptop, and a printer. Kaboom Booth uses all professional equipment, built into a actual photo booth so you know you're getting the absolute best!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The questions I would tell customers to ask before hiring is... Are you using a professional camera and printer? Are your photo strips truly unlimited? Is the photo booth your main product or is it your side job? Is there any hidden fees, like charging for travel, set up, break down, and or photo strip design?
