Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will either phone or email, (prefer to phone) Find out their needs and put together the most cost effective entertainment that will fit their needs and try to stay within their budget. We then require a deposit on any major credit card which will hold their entertainment exclusively for them at the time frame they require. Once they are booked and all the information necessary has been obtained, we either send an email or mail what we refer to as our Invoice / Contract. Once they receive same, they need to be sure all the information is correct. The Invoice / Contract will reflect their deposit and let them know what the remaining balance will be, which is due at the end of their entertainment either check or cash. Should they want to use the credit card that was used for the deposit, there is a 3% fee added to the remaining balance. There are no fees added to the deposit or to full payment that is paid at the time of booking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years at Drake's Business School in Manhattan, NYC and a Clownology Course at Mira Costa Community College in Oceanside, CA. Many workshops pertaining to face painting, balloon twisting, magic, etc.
