FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making sure my customers know exactly what they’re getting and that there are no hidden fees and no run around, everything is explained from the start of the booking process to a contract!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been inspired through music because of my father who wrote the classic song The Hippy Hippy Shake Chan Romero!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Yes my standard prices are an average of 6 hours for about $500 that includes everything lights, PA system, MC the event, fog! NO HIDDEN FEES!!!

How did you get started in this business?

I use to DJ our JR high events back in the early 90’s and when I bought my own legit equipment in 2009 I taught myself how to mix and master the tempo of transitions!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types and I play all genres!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Just did an event April 20th for a sober sobriety group over 300, the best part was everyone was sober and the energy feeled the entire room! The dance floor was packed from start to finish!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Don’t settle for any DJ, get somebody who can interact with your crowd and your guests!! I have heard brides tell me they’re DJ put on a pandora playlist while drinking at they’re open Bar for a majority of the evening!! Big No No!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Do you have a contract, how long have they been in business, do they charge to setup and tear down, what is included in the package they are getting!
