What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I determine a consultation is needed for the new client then thats were we'll start and go from there. But if a consultation isnt needed I'll confirm the appointment after booking deposit is paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed cosmetologist as well as a certified hair loss specialist...with over 30yrs experience.
