What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first is getting to know the customer, as well as them getting to know me, after getting that amazing trust from the customer then i move forward into business questions and so on, about the event, the type of event, the type of crowd, age, genre, culture, etc..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2yr college classes complete in music and engineering, sound tech & music production.

I can't speak for every dj, but hiring me you wont be disapointed, I strive to do my best and to provide the best services for you and for all your guests.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The Customer should talk with anyone they hire, see what that person is all about, get a feel of the persons personality and so on.
