What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client calls Goodtime so We discuss their Event Vision.
Client gets a Quote either over the phone from us or from our website. I contact the Client and offer them a special package price. We then send a contract and booking and planning instruction links. Including acces to our amazing music list maker and On-line Wedding Planner.
Client returns contract with a deposit.

All planning info is due 2 weeks before the Wedding.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

DJ/ Owner Mark Power was one of the first Bay Area Mobile Djs. and has performed at over 6000 events.
