As wedding professionals with over 40 years combined experince; we know what it takes to have an amazing elopement, wedding, vow renewal, or even just a celebration of the love you share. We are very flexable in helping our clients achieve thier ceremony vision, and love not only doing the 'simple' celebrations but also those that are out of the box, and unique to you.
We specialze in not only elopements and microweddings but also those that are a bit diffrent, such as themed events. Ask us how to have a sunrise Viking themed wedding on a mountain top, complete with your own bottle of mead! Or Star Wars, want to get married by the Emperor? One of our officiants even speaks Klingon! Zombies? Day of the Dead? We can do it all and have a blast with you creating something that is all about you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by having a conversation. It can be about you, or your event, sometimes its about our dogs! It is a chance to get to know one another, become comfortable with each other, and understand your wedding vision. From there we create a proposal or an ‘outline of work’ that lets you know what services we will be providing, or maybe even some that you haven’t considered yet. Once you have accepted our proposal, we will send out a contract, our promise to you that we will be there at that day and time. We even guarantee our officiant and photographers to show up on your day. As the past few years have shown us, things can happen that may prevent your event professionals to be at your elopement, micro wedding or just your vow renewal. Many times, we are called in to cover for other wedding professionals at the last minute, because they know we are reliable. With so many other things to worry about, you don’t want those extra stresses added to your day.
Once all that housekeeping is done, each month you will receive a newsletter and mini blog, just to let you know that we are still here and thinking about you. One month out we will touch base and start reconfirming everything, then again at 2 weeks, 1 week and of course a day or two before. Why so many times? Because event plans change quite often, and we want to make sure that we are well prepared for your day! Not to mention that we offer unlimited emails, text messages, phone calls, zoom meetings and of course depending on your package, in person meetings.
Day of, we arrive early, check in with you, and help with those last-minute details such as pinning flowers, fixing hems, or even just making sure that you have a cup of water. We work with your other wedding professionals, to create that seamless event experience. Then depending on your event services package, we make sure your license is signed, your photos are taken, and maybe even manage some of the fun stuff like your cake and toast! And finally, before we leave, we check in with you, and other important vendors, and let you enjoy the rest of your day.
