After 30+ years behind the decks, one thing has become crystal clear: experience matters.

Over the decades, I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and—most importantly—how to read a room. While my personal passion is Rock, Electronic, and Old School Hip-Hop from the ‘80s through the 2010s, I’ve packed dance floors with unforgettable Country, Motown, Top 40, Latin, Funk, Soul, and just about everything in between.

Great DJs don’t just play songs—they read the crowd, adapt in real time, and keep the energy exactly where it needs to be. That’s a skill that only comes from years of experience.

I’ve lost count of how many times clients have asked me to keep the music going long after my scheduled end time.

One of my favorite memories? I was booked for a 3-hour event. The crowd was having so much fun that the venue and guests kept asking me to stay. Three hours turned into twelve. By the time I finally packed up, people were telling me it was one of the best nights of their lives.

I went home… and slept for the next 12 hours. 😂
