Hi! My name is Kae (they/them), and I love offering intuitive and personalized tarot readings for folks of all walks of life. I see tarot readings as a way to help guide them towards decision making, may it be in work/school/family/romance; offer varying perspectives; support in exploring every aspect of a challenge, and help to connect with themselves and their needs. Each reading is individualized and based on the directions and goals of the client.
I have been doing tarot readings for friends and family for a few years now, and feel ready and excited to offer my skill and advice to more beings. I am self-taught and learn more about the craft of tarot while doing readings for myself, as well as others. I believe there is an abundance of knowledge I have yet to find, and I am excited to continue this journey to find and share what I discover!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first go over what subject you want to explore in our session, and nail down a topic, the intended outcome of our reading, and any goals you may have for during or after the reading. After this, we will explore what kind of spread you want to do. I will then invite you to speak on your question, going into as much detail as you want to about why you're seeking advice, what needs you need to be met, and any context surrounding your question. I see this time as speaking to the cards, telling them what you're seeking from them, and asking for their support and guidance. I will then pull the spread, and we will begin to work through each card together. After looking at each individual card as it relates to your question, we will also explore the full spread and how each card relates to one another, and you. Throughout this process I will be reflecting, sharing card meanings, and opening up a back-and-forth conversation to support you in parsing out your needs and what the cards are advising. After our appointment, if you would like, I will offer to send a summary of your reading, and key points of advice and takeaways given by the cards to support you in achieving your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught, and spend lots of time learning about different tarot interpretations, different methods of reading tarot, and listening and learning from experienced tarot-readers.

As I am new and building my business, I charge $50 for a 1-hour reading; with a sliding scale available for those in need, prioritizing members of the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities.
How did you get started in this business?
I began by reading my own tarot and using it as a supplemental tool to therapy as a way to support my own self-discovery and decision-making. I began also offering readings to friends and family, all of whom have expressed feelings of gratitude and support following our readings.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have mostly worked with friends and family, as well as some coworkers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently read tarot for some coworkers at an event and was able to support them in recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, and identifying what aspects of their life they needed to put more energy and passion into, all while working towards a goal of individual liberation and long-term joy - which the cards definitely have in store for them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut and intuition, and go with who or what feels the most comfortable and safe for you. You know yourself better than anyone else, and should listen to yourself first and foremost.
