About

I design, construct garments, alterations, bridal alterations, custom made garments, embroidery, accessories and I also teach sewing.

I've been sewing for 54 years now, 35 year professionally. I taught clothing and textiles in the DCPS for 4 years. I've done numerous fashion shows and have participated in NY fashion week on several occasions. I also won International Designer of the Year 2009 with New Day Associates, John Blassingame publisher of Today's Black Woman magazine.
