What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please contact by either email or by phone. We will respond by phone or email. Upon ready to book, we will send paperwork by email, asking for paperwork to be signed and sent back with a 50% deposit. 50% balance is due at the time of event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Full time staff and event supervisors attend PA amusement ride safety training and attend inspector certification.
All part time employees attend in house safety training.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is a la carte pricing, with most items priced for up to a 3 or 4 hour rental. Rentals over these hours can be held at an hourly overtime rate.
Taxes and delivery fees are additional
How did you get started in this business?
Steve Rothenberg started our company after working for another entertainment company and graduating from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We help a variety of clients planning both corporate and social events. The majority of our events are corporate picnics, holiday parties, and other events. We do provide entertainment for many bar and bat mitzvahs, weddings, and social parties, too.

Our company has provided entertainment at The White House for each of the past four administrations
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask to see a copy of their liability insurance policy and ask what type of back up plans are in place in case of problems on the day of your event
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We look to try to match 3 things:. Number of guests you are trying to entertain at any one time, the amount of space you have to work with, and your budget for entertainment
