What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we receive a new customer, we schedule a consultation to learn more about what they want and what they’re looking for. From there we can evaluate what their best options are and schedule a service appointment. 

Our front desk is the forefront of our salon’s communication. In the case of rescheduling or ensuring time well spent, our front desk will contact you to make sure your entire experience before and after you step into our salon is 5 stars.

Each client is unique and therefore pricing is often customize for their own desired look. 

How did you get started in this business?

A family, women-owned business, started by the passion to help empower men and women, working professionals, groom and style their look from the work place to any special event. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with everyday mom and dads, working professionals, lawyers, doctors, business owners, and VIPs from Hollywood, there is no one we can’t take care of.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

In recent events, our Master Esthetician specialized in permanent makeup helped an elderly woman post chemo gain back her confidence with permanent microblading eyebrows. Her first look in the mirror made us all feel that everyone deserve to feel beautiful and confident in themselves.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do research, hire someone with experience and a diverse portfolio. Consultations are always best to gauge if you are comfortable with your stylist and/or technician.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

We encourage customers to think about their end goal. What do you want to see when you just wake up? Where can you save time without having to worry about your hair, or nails, lashes, or skin?
