What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customers are welcome and treated with awesome service as all my existing customers. We will get to know you and your nails by asking questions and addressing any and all concerns. I will then follow up with you to make sure your needs are met as well as making sure future devices will progress in your nail journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education extends from school and state to state training me all over the United States.

I have monthly specials that cater to your needs such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and biweekly appointments.
How did you get started in this business?
I have a strong interested in art so with my 18 years of experience I decided to add beauty to my portfolio.

everyone is a client and I will not categorized them. They are the best no matter what walk of life they come from.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
every year I participate in Back to School events in which I offer free manicure services to everyone. While being serviced, I teach them how to proper take care of their nails.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To find someone with respect and dignity. This is how you know you will have the best person possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should ask all the questions possible. Please do your research first then you will find majority of your questions answered but a pro may have different experience so please ask anyway.
