What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we heard an inquire from a new customer we like to get all the details. Who, what, when where, and dreams.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
World wide radio host DJ's and the best entertainers in the industry with years or experience. Certified event planners with years and years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we do but packages are custom made. Most of our basic packages feature al a carte for our customers to customize and make it their own! Every event is different and unique and requires careful consideration.
How did you get started in this business?
We started as a family operated business with a dream. Djing was the inspiration but customer satisfaction is the goal!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. We have worked with a list celebrities, multi billion dollar industries, mom and pop business, and your everyday family. We cater to every one race, religion, and gender. We are happy to serve the LGBT community and various other groups and non profits. Whatever the event is we are here for you!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We love all of them to be honest. But one that comes to mind had an extravagant set up and when the couple walked in they both had tears of joy. The exclamation and gasp of air was all we needed to see to know the dream was today and was absolutely real.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask all of the questions. Talk to someone on the phone and if they are only concerned with what package you want and not asking what type of music you like is it indoors outdoors what type of power you have or colors, then you should be slightly concerned. Please make sure you listen to their voice and ask if they can MC or if you can see some recent work. Be prepared and know all of the details you can gather to make a smooth estimate transaction and feel what your heart tells you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be sure to know location times load in times load out times. How far setups would be. Contingency plans if outside. Number of guests, ethnicity and demographic and what your end goals are. Picture boards and thorough thoughts of what you would love to see or what you would like. Know your budget this is something you should have separated. Entertainment, food/ drinks and ambiance are the 3 main keys to a very successful event.
