How did you get started in this business?
I have been doing nails for 11 years now and worked mostly with the Asians for about 7 years. After so many years of experience and quality work, I took a leap of faith and started my own. Now, we are doing pretty good.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers, particularly the local ones.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a Christmas party for all my customers last December and I provided gifts to over 60 of them who came in.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research and make sure that place is clean and tools are sanitized and sterilized.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers to know exactly what they want to get done as well as prices, that way everyone is on the same page.
