Hearts & Flowers Of Coral Springs
About
Flower Shop flowers are fresher. We are a real florist and our wedding and party flowers are the same as we sell to our retail customers. They are really fresh and last long. Some party only florists buy old flowers and hope they last throught the party, not Hearts and Flowers. Come to the shop and you can see many flower varieties and colors every day as we sell fresh flowers every day.
We love making special days even more special. We limit the number of parties each weekend so we can focus on one bride at a time. It's her day and she deserves all of our attention.
Our sales manager came from a public company where he planned conventions and events and he prides himself onproviding our corporate customers accountability and strict adherence to budgets while our design team creates beauty for every event.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to arrange a face to face meeting to gather details about the event and to get a feel for our client's vision.
Sometimes distance makes that meeting impossible so we have the ability to conduct that interview by telephone and e-mail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner/designer has a BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art and attended Pratt Institute in New York. Her artwork has been exhibited nationally and her floral designs have won competitions. She designed over 1000 weddings from Ohio to Maryland to North Carolina and over 100 venues throughout the sate of Florida.
We've decorated events for our corporate, civic and charity clients from 10 centerpieces to 100 centerpieces.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Because we're capable of working with a variety of budgets we custom design and price according to our customer's needs.
How did you get started in this business?
We started on the art side of the party industry doing art centerpieces for theme parties. We naturally gravitated to the floral side as we were asked to do weddings, then corporate and city events and 24 years ago the retail part of flowers as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides, parents of Bar and Bat Mitvahs, parents of Quinceaneras, charities (March of Dimes, Muscular Dystrophy etc) civic events, civic organizations, corporations, hospitals, universities, technical schools.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Do they listen to what you want?
Do they know the availability of the flowers you like based upon season?
Will they unbundle their proposal so you can see what the real costs are? e.g. Are the delivery, set-up and breakdown costs visible?
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Time of year is very important in south Florida. Outdoors sometimes seems beautiful, think about standing outside in August.
