Finding out what services they need and set up an interview. Once I get more information of what my client desires, I bring it to the table.

I graduated Culinary Arts atTechnical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort SC 2001. I’ve worked as sous chef many years for my family’s catering business. Certified bartender since 2016.

How did you get started in this business?
Been cooking since a child. My grandmother had a catering and cake business. As I got older and she passed away. I took over, with the continuous help from my family.
