What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting with a customer, I like to find out what issues they are having with thier hands, feet, and nails.What the do for a living. I also like to find out about thier medical history and medications that they are taking as this could affect how I perform thier services. Ex: Diabetic Then find the right service for that client and have them agree upon the service I refer to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various certificates from many nail manufacturers in the exact way thier products such be used on a client. Avanced Nail Technician Course that allows me the medical knowledge to perform services and exceed Florida's sanitation and disenfection requirements. And 22 yrs as a Licensed Nail Technician experence along with CEU's to stay licensed.
