What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inital Conversation Via phone or email to get basic details and direction. If the customer wants to go on our websight and fill out the catering information on our catering and events tab, that is another option as well, but not nessasary. We will then send the customer a reception and catering package menu to get an outline of the event. Costomise and meet there budget!
We then follow up with a cutom menu desighned uniquly for their event. Terms and conditions are attached.
One week prior to the event, a garinteed guest count and 10% of of the event are due to garintee the event.
Full payment is due on the date of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Executive Chef / Owner has over 25 years in the industry. Working in mostly High volume and High profile.
He is the former Executive Chef of the Ritz Carlton in Greensbourgh GA. Former Executive Chef of Top Golf Tampa, Former Executive Chef of Cinebistro Tampa.

Each Event is Custom and unique to each guest. We have menus for all diffrent types of events. They range from Corperate lunch style "drop and go" to formal three course plated-personal chef caterings. We specilize in Buffet style catering and are using Covid safe practices for all Bufett guest.
Our most popular menu is our KC BBQ pit package. It has many options and can be modifyed to fit the guest prefrences.
How did you get started in this business?
My Mother owend a small delicatessen in Leavenworth KS. I started washing dishes when I was 12 years old while my Aunt tought me to cook. It was called the Tea Room and it was located in the back of an antique mall.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have recently worked with local Churches, schools, and corperate holiday events. We have done personal home caterings, small intamite gatherings snd evean burthday parties in a ciguar shop. No event is to large or to small.
Our Chef was the prsonal chef For Carrie Underwoods Wedding, and the Executive Chef for Bob Hopes 65th Burthday. catering for over 3,000 people. and the Executive Chef for Kauffmin stadiom Hotel in Kansas City. Royals/ Chiefs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently did a double eagle scout catering at the Redeemer church that was not only fun, but near and dear to my heart. We had our pastry chef make a unique cake thet the boys will alwase remember.
We also did Carry underwoods wedding at the Rits Carlton in Greensbourough GA. 500 guest. 3days. Multiple venues and meal planning.

SImply an estimated guest count and what type of event / date. The caterer will do the rest.
