Professional DJ & Karaoke services available for most all parties & corporate events in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas up to 100 mile radius. I also play for bars/clubs as well. I can DJ alone or also add in karaoke at no extra charge. Karaoke is always a fun added activity but is purely you're option. I have been a musician/entertainer/singer all of my adult life and have been a DJ hosting karaoke full time since 2002.

I am new to Fash but not new to being a DJ/Karaoke host as I have done hundreds of events and everyone has always been very pleased with my service. Reviews can be read here and on my personal web site at www.RichieHodge.com

I have a professional sound system using Mackie 1600 watt powered SRM650 speakers & Mackie 1600 watt powered SRM1650 subwoofers (if needed) with a 12 channel Mackie mixing board. I have up to 5 wireless mikes for group singers, announcements, toasts, or speeches. I have a tablet that can go online to access virtually any requested song in the event I don't already have it. I have a professional portable stage & dance floor lighting system to make things look good. I use a laptop with an external hard drive with a huge song library both DJ music & karaoke songs that are updated monthly. Provide me with a list of favorite songs and I will build a digital file ahead of time so that I can play all you're favorites during you're event. My rates are reasonable & negotiable. Now accepting all major credit cards!

Richie was very dependable from start to finish. His price was reasonable and he was easy to work with. He was early to the event and was willing to stay after a little longer. Our event was a fundraiser for our church and was a performance type show rather than karaoke. Richie was more than willing to stay later and play some dance music for us. I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Going over the event in detail. What are the client's musical tastes, location, time, etc. Really just gathering the details so that I can do the best I can to cover the event successfully.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been involved with music all my life. My father was a featured singer on the Grand Old Opry so I was raised in a musical family. I have been a musician all my adult life. I have been doing my DJ/Karaoke business full time since 2002 and have done 100s of events of all kinds. Everyone has always been very happy with my services.
