What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves in asking the right questions - finding out what our client's vision and goals are...Then we determine an exciting path to accomplish their needs while maintaining their budget and timeline. Dawn Gilmore Productions has carved out a distinctive niche in the event planning & design landscape and earned a reputation for making you – the client – look like a hero!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years experience as a Certified Event Planner...Providing Event Planning, Event Design/Decor, Venue Selection, Entertainment Coordinator with the wisdom of creating well over 1000 events such as corporate parties, weddings, socials, holiday celebrations, grand openings, client and employee appreciation, product launches, children & adult birthdays to trade shows, health fairs and even a fashion show just to name a few!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It is so difficult to give pricing as each client typically has very specific needs with many variables...We try to customize each event to specifically meet each clients goals. Typically our event planning services start at $1695 but again varies depending on location and scope of work needed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research - make certain you get a recommendation and that they are properly licensed and insured. PLUS you should like them - makes it a lot easier to work with them
