What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer my first move is to LISTEN not every customer wants a solution most really just want to be heard & acknowledged.
If a solution is what you seek, I will listen to the problem & map out a solution. If a customer needs one on one help, I would request they join my Member Only VIP. Most times one situation leads to another, it's time to connect with your ancestors & spirit guides to inquire about the direction from your Archangels. Time to go deep
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed Tarot & Oracle degree from UK Centre of Excellence & Life Coaching as well. Let's not forget 44yrs experience in Life's trials & tribulations.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always been intuitive and it was a bit stronger after the coma. I went to school to learn more about Life Coaching & Spiritual Guidance. Started offering free services and after 3 months just gave in by this time I had regulars
What types of customers have you worked with?
My audience are usually 18yrs or older mostly men but I do mentor women as well. Singles, couples, mothers, fathers, employed or unemployed or in school. Many college adults in real life situations, relationships and family ships.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Follow your intuition your gut feelings. If you are not connecting or feeling your pro don't hire them. Your pro should spark something in you that's how you know they are a go!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think of what they really need answers to what's truly on their minds think it through then go to your go to.
