Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Things start with an email or phone call. We ask a series of questions to help us understand exactly what is important to our clients so we can help them customize their experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of American DJ University and Chauvet DJ Academy and have over 32 years of real-world entertainment experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As we customize our experiences for each of our clients, we do not offer standardized pricing. We do have established pricing guidelines that enable us to give our clients the best pricing for our services.
How did you get started in this business?
As a radio air personality I was called on to DJ parties. I was soon doing parties every weekend. After a year, I started Kyle-Co Entertainment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with with people from all walks of life including brides and grooms, corporate executives, military personnel, and even children.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently porvided music for a Millbrook Police Department's Cops and Kids day. It was a really fun show.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not expect to hire a professional DJ for a couple of hundred dollars. Pros in our line of work have invested thousands of dollars and countless hours in their business. Expecting a DJ to perform for little or no money (or exposure) is unacceptable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Client should decide what they would like to accomplish by hiring the professional.
