What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer books our services an account is created specifically for them. We gather information about their event, their vision, budget and discuss what specific services they want us to provide. Services are only booked once a deposit is received. Our primary form of communication throughout the planning process is email and phone, unless the client or event requires venue scouting and/or food tasting. Payment plans are accepted and final payments are due no later than 48 hours prior to event date. Clients are asked to review our Terms and Conditions when booking our services. We aim to provide a great experience for our customers from the initial service inquiry to the execution of services!
How did you get started in this business?
7 Event started out just renting Bounce Houses and Concessions and selling Gift Baskets. Eventually, we expanded our Event Rental inventory tremendously and began offering more services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many schools in the Atlanta Metro and surrounding areas, Sororities, Non-Profit Organizations and Churches. We have provided rental and decor services kids parties, adult parties and graduation parties.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of our favorite, most recent events was our Summer Game Fest. There was an admission fee for kids 3+ and free for parents. The kids enjoyed the Inflatable Twister, Bounce House, Bumper Balls, Flag Football, Giant Bowling, a host of other games and a Game Truck. Delicious concessions such as Hotdogs, Cotton Candy, SnoCones and Popcorn were available for purchase. We look forward to planning the next one.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
One of the biggest answers that we feel that a customer should know is their budget. This will assist with determining what services can be provided, if any. (Some pros require budget minimums)
