What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in working with a new customer is getting to know exactly what they want. Consultations are same day or scheduled appointment. I greet my customers and ask how did they hear about me. I examine their hair while asking general questions. After examining the scalp and hair I let the client know what is need to be done to achieve a healthy scalp and glamorous style.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im licensed and always continue my education. Im certified in hair replacement and Semi permanent eyelash extensions. Im always learning different techniques in extensions. I'm certified in Donna Bella hair extensions which is the tape-in, i-link, kera-link and flat-tip methods.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always call and ask questions. If you set an appointment always show up. Ask for surrounding landmarks.

What exactly do they want done. Always have pictures of the style or something similar. Be specific.
