What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a consultation and a reccomendation for the clients especially if breakage or stagnation is an issue. Once client and stylist are on the same page we move forward with a hair regime that is consistent with the clients lifestyle.

My prices are the going rate and have been the same for 15 years.
How did you get started in this business?
I came in as an apprintence under a well known (at the time) cosmetologist. I learned every aspect of the indusrty in and out.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically attract the young professional, the college student, stay at home moms, children and more settled women.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure their energy is positive.
