What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations are a must with new customers. I have the opportunity to introduce myself professionally, ask and answer any questions, as well as educate the customer on the process of their service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from ProWay Hair School in 2007. Since then I have been certified as a Hair Loss Specialist since 2015. I have product knowledge, hair coloring, and hair cutting and design training through Fantastic Sams Salon and have attended various trade show look and learn classes throughout the years.

The prices for services provided by me are competitive and affordable. I occasionally have specials and like to give Birthday discounts. Ask me how you can become a VIP Member to save even more money!
How did you get started in this business?
I always had a fascination with beauty since I was a young girl playing with dolls and combing their hair for fun. I started doing hair in 1999 when my daughter was about 2 years old and needed her hair done. I watched my sister and learned to braid. My work spoke for itself and someone encouraged me to pursue this as a career and I did.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work mainly with women 18-100 years old. I have been known to be patient with children and have serviced some men as well. I have a passion for helping people with Alopecia.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be honest about the history of your hair.
Be specific in your wants and needs.
