What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discusd hair style they desire. Discuss their current hair status ( short, long, damage, perm, etc.) and hair goals. I will inform them of the different style to protect their hair.
For my ladies who want their nails done I will discuss what style and length they are going for. And over all nail health to help them to understand healthy nails..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Naturalist. I learned how to deal with natural hair from my mom she was a Cosmetologist. I also went to school for nails.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in this business three years ago, working for myself. I also enjoyed what I do. It just took a minute for me to take the riicks to work and truly depend on and for myself. Once I did, I never turned back. So I take pride in my work and services.
