What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone consultation first in order to get and idea of what you are looking for, I like to discuss menu ideas. After that I like to meet up with samples of the menu so we can make final decisions.

How did you get started in this business?
A few years back decided I wasn't going to work for anyone and started baking cakes in mason jars that led to multiple events and even being the main food vendor at the Hip hop awards in Atlanta as well as working with some celebrities.
