I've been in the catering business for 4 years now. Self taught chef and baker, this has been my passion since childhood. I decided to take a leap in 2020 it has been the best decisions ever. Food is art and I enjoy creating my own twist to southern cuisine, also Caribbean dishes. Let's not forget about dessert.
