i love feeding the people, and am most proud of our feed the people initiative which will provide its 150k free meal since 2013 to folks whom may not otherwise get to eat. My first business was selling easy bake oven cakes at age 8. Ive run several Catering operations as well as been the GM for another restaurant for 7 years. I left my comfortable corporate restaurant job 8 years ago in august to start my own business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they have reached out to us we will determine our availability and then work with the client to figure out which meal best suits there needs and expectations. Tastings can be arranged at no charge for qualifying numbers of people. A %50 percent deposit ids due one week before scheduled event for jobs larger than 150 people otherwise payment is due in full upon delivery (catering). Menus for food truck are available upon request, we require a 4-600$ minimum for our food truck (this is not set in stone)
