I love the part of my job when I see the customers and there family and friends enjoying the food and laughing and smiling having a great experience.

I enjoy the work I do because for about 2 - 3 hours out of your day, whether it was chaotic, sad, or just long and tiresome, I get to cook for you and feed you and you get to escape your day for those 3 hours and relax over a great meal and a glass of wine...
